CANCELATION
You may request a booking cancelation with minimum of 24 hours from your booking date and time. MJOGO.com are unable to do any cancelation if your booking fall within 24 hours of your booking date and time. You may request a booking cancelation via Whatsapp (+60 11-1318 9085) or email us at tellus@mjogo.com. All cancelation are subject to approval from MJOGO.com. MJOGO.com reserve the right to reject any cancelation request with or without further details.
REFUNDING
MJOGO.com strightly does not offered any cash refund for any booking cancelation but instead will be reimbused in the form of MJOGO.com credits that you can used for a new booking. If the MJOGO.com credits reimbursed is not enough for your new booking, you can top up the remaining balance. There is no expiry on MJOGO.com credits.
