                Order Process

                Booking Advertisement:</strong> All bookings must be made through our website. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
                Order Placement: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, identification certificate/passport number and contact details. 
                Facility Selection: Users browse through the available sports facilities and select the one they wish to book (e.g., badminton court, basketball court or pickleball court). Users do not have the option of selecting a specific court (e.g. badminton court 1 or badminton court 2 etc.). Court sequence are automatically generated based on first come first served basis. 
                Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email and/or text message with the details of your booking. Please review this email carefully.

                Prices<br />
                Quoted Prices: </strong>All prices quoted on our website are in Ringgit Malaysia and exclude additional taxes where applicable.
                <br /><strong>Price Changes: </strong>We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay at the time of booking is the final price.
                SST or GST Exclusion: Prices exclude SST and/or GST at the current rate (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.

                Utilization of Booking<br />
                Recreational Activities Only: </strong>The booking is limited to recreational activities of the specific sports listed on our website. This excludes season bookings, event bookings, coaching and sports clinics, photograph or videography sessions, parties, venue rentals, tournaments, and any other activities not specified as recreational sports.
                <br /><strong>Single Participant: </strong>Each booking is for a single participant unless otherwise specified. If you wish to book for multiple participants, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
                <br /><strong>Activity-Specific: </strong>The booking is valid only for the recreational sports activity chosen at the time of booking. Any deviation from the specified activity requires prior approval from our management team.

                Participant Responsibility: </strong>Participants are responsible for their own safety during the sports activity. They must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.
                <br /><strong>Injury or Damage: </strong>We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the sports activity. Participants participate at their own risk.
                <br /><strong>Insurance: </strong>Participants are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for sports activities. We recommend checking your personal insurance policy to ensure it covers sports-related activities.<br />
                <br /><strong>Limitation of Liability: </strong>Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sports activity, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the booking.

                No Refund Policy<br />
                Non-Refundable Bookings: </strong>All bookings made through our website are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please check your checkout page carefully before make any payments. 
                <br /><strong>Exceptions: </strong> There are no exceptions to this policy, including cancellations due to personal reasons, medical emergencies, or changes in travel plans.
